When changing your password, remember the following :
1. Your password can only be 8 characters long.
2. Changing your password here also changes the MySQL password for the "admin" or "root" user of your site.
How to publish your site.
One of the most important steps in setting up your account is publishing your site to the Internet. There are many programs that will allow you to upload your web files. Here are a few examples of programs that are compatible with our service :
Netscape Composer
Macromedia Dreamweaver
Adobe GoLive
We do not support Microsoft Front Page.
Just about any type of FTP client will work, a few examples are :
WS_FTP
CuteFTP
Bulletproof FTP
Fetch
NOTE: When uploading your files, be sure to name your home page index.html, index.htm or index.php, as this is how our system recognizes it as your main page. Understand by DEFAULT when your account is created a default "index.html" file is created as a place holder. So if you use any other type of index page such as index.php, or index.htm you will have to remove the index.html to see your website.
You will need this information to set up ftp access:
Host: www.yourdomain.com
